PII Detection
A dedicated scan identifies student names, parent names, addresses, IDs, dates of birth, and other identifiable content before processing continues.
Redaction Layer
Identifiers are masked before AI sees the content. Names become [STUDENT], districts become [DISTRICT], parents become [PARENT].
AI Processing
Only after extraction and PII filtering does AI receive information. It works from normalized, redacted content and structured fields, not raw records.
Human Review
All AI output is labeled and held for staff review. Accept, edit, or reject. Exports are blocked until review is complete.
