MuleHair Labs provides AI consulting, assessments, and implementation services for small and local businesses. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in a separate written proposal or statement of work agreed between us and the client.

Clients are responsible for providing timely access to relevant information, accounts, and team members needed to perform the work. Clients are also responsible for ensuring they have the right to share any data or credentials they provide to us.

We treat client business information as confidential and will not share it with third parties except as required to deliver the agreed services or as required by law.
5. Intellectual Property
Deliverables created specifically for a client become the client's property upon full payment. MuleHair Labs retains rights to underlying methods, templates, and tooling used across engagements.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided on an as-is basis. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the fees paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim.
